interpleader suit in detail

By an interpleader suit is meant suit in which the real dispute is between the defendants only and the plaintiff is not interested in the subject matter of the suit. The plaintiff brings a suit in which he states that he has certain property which is claimed by the defendants adversely to each other. Examination of accused after amendment

                It is not incumbent on the court to re examine the accused after the alteration of the charges under this section since the trial does not commence denovo, so that if the accused has already been called on the enter on his defense there is no further obligation to examine him, although same of been recalled under Section 231 subsequent to the alteration of the charge.
